2012 Pommard 1er Cru Les Pézerolles, Domaine de Montille
Very Pommard on the nose with its dark cherry and damson fruit, it follows on the palate with a very juicy and mouthwatering quality, and a surpsisingly velvety style, once again courtesy of the ripe and fine-grained tannins this vintage seems to have gifted us with. Seductive yet serious and ageworthy, it shows off the de Montille’s family savoir-faire in this commune.
