Slightly more broad-shouldered and tannic than the Lavières, the Pruliers still shows off a rich, round and soft-edged style for Nuits. The tannins are once again ripe, beautifully integrated and fruit-coated (one of the hallmarks of this vintage). Flavour-wise, this is much more gamey, spicy and meaty than any other wine from the domaine; quite masculine yet once again with a Vosne elegance about it. Very serious.
