Aux Etelois comes from vines planted in 1974, located next to the Grand Cru vineyards Griottes- and Charmes-Chambertin. The nose is loaded with rich raspberry fruit and floral notes. Very impressive weight to the palate, which is saturated with glorious fresh fruit and subtle oak spice. There is a really nice sense of energy about this wine, which makes it refreshing and incredibly easy to taste. A wine to enjoy in its youth, although I am sure it will keep handsomely.
