The vines within the Noëllat plot of the Boudots vineyard are between 75 and 100 years old, naturally low-yielding and producing small and concentrated fruit. Dark and brooding on the nose, with hints of wood smoke and minerals. The palate is complex and savoury, with dark berry fruit and forest floor, underpinned by firm, fine tannic structure and attractive freshness. An excellent Nuits.
