2011 Nuits St-Georges Les Poisets, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
This lieu-dit lies just below the wonderful 1er Cru Les Cailles. With an enticing and spicy nose it has real depth of black fruit. The tannins are firm and the acidity fresh but this structure is enswathed in silky Pinot texture.
