2011 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
A favourite wine in the cellar with real definition and purity in 2011. Very floral with slatey blue fruit, lots of spice, a much cooler nose. The palate is tense yet fleshy with crushed pepper and cassis, ripe tannins and a soaring finish.
