Michel possesses small parcels in both Premier Cru Les Vignerondes and neighbouring Les Murgers which he is obliged to blend. Both lie in the direction of Vosne and it shows.This is a rich wine, packed with glorious black fruits, with a spicy, savoury touch, yet a lifted, vibrant accent that is so much more typical of Vosne. Firm mineral persistence and lingering black fruit sign off a sensational cuvée.
