Sourced from two parcels, one near Vosne itself and the otherfrom south of Nuits-St-Georges. Both components are given aperiod of maturation in 25% new oak. The depth of colour isbacked up on the nose by a beautiful, pure expression of PinotNoir combining both red and black fruits. This has lovelycomplexity, allied to the more forthright stance of Nuits-St-Georges. Not as seductive as the Vosne but equally impressive.A Pinot with terrific intensity and attack on the palate. Freshand well balanced. Certain to develop well.
