The three parcels of differing vine age had not been assembled when we visited, so they were tasted individually. The wines showed terrific depth, density and all important freshness. Plenty of volume with firm yet fine tannins lending a substantial structure. This will be a bold, exuberant wine of great harmony, the black fruit flavours seem so wonderfully pure.
