Vines at Poujeaux are grown in a single block on a mound of Gunz gravel – and this well-respected Moulis estate has made a commendable wine in 2014. Using 30% new oak to add structure, this will age gracefully but will also provide early drinking for those who like a fresh fruit-forward style. Classic drinking for Poujeaux purists.
