Always great value for money, Cantemerle is a classed growth situated just below the Margaux village. Classic Cabernet nose with blackcurrant, cedar and fine tannins. Ripe but restrained and savoury, in keeping with the vintage. There's lovely brightness with floral notes and a lovely silky feel to the texture after some time in bottle.
