On the nose notes of blue fruit, a violet note, and plenty of baked earth. The palate is silky and refined, with a rich and powerful core of fruit, and plenty of acidity and salty minerality to balance it. The finish is long, focussed, and savoury, showing hints of development, but with plenty of life, too.
