2009 Château Dauzac, Cru Classé Margaux
Another property on the rise, Dauzac has produced a massive Margaux in 2009. Almost opaque in the glass and with a deep concentrated, explosive nose. Very opulent and rich on the palate, with sweet powerful tannins and impressive structure. This has serious concentration to back up all its other attributes, making a large-scale, but beautifully balanced wine. Very impressive.
