The 2020 Experimental Syrah comes from a single estate in Elgin. It’s a cool climate Syrah with loads of fresh, juicy fruit, a long and delicate finish, and just the right amount of tannic structure. This is delicious - a spectacular bargain - and can be enjoyed right away. But don’t dismiss its ability to age for a couple of years.
