Made up of mostly Windansea, with 25% each of Seadragon and Mrs M, this “expresses all of the soils of the farm”, according to Gordon Newton Johnson, and is a superb Pinot. Leafy, complex and spicy, with evident whole bunch flavours, fine tannins and a sweet finish.
