One of half a dozen Cabernets in the BLANK bottle range, this is something of a misnomer in that it’s the most elegant of the group. Sourced from high altitude vineyards in Ceres, it’s fresh and refined, with some spice, grassy, red plum-like fruit and fine-grained tannins.
