Duncan Savage is head winemaker at Cape Point - best known for his white wines, this is his side project - a Rhône inspired syrah blend, initially reserved on the nose the palate is loaded with juicy black fruit, crushed rocks and a hint of smoke. Wonderful fine grained tannins make for a silky soft mouthfeel.
