The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Fay Vineyard, much like the S.L.V. and the Cask 23, spent 21 months in 100% new French oak. Beautiful saturated ruby/purple color offers up notes of spring flowers, black raspberry, blueberry and blackberry, sweet tannin, a full-bodied, lush velvety texture, and no hard edges. This is a beauty to drink now and over the next 20-25 years.
