The site is organically farmed, certified since 2003.Refined on the nose, with subtle notes of minerals, oak spice and citrus. The palate is beautifully rounded, with ripe white fruit notes, buttered toast and a zesty citrus vein. There is a crushed-stone backbone to this wine, which – twinned with very careful, subtle use of oak – gives it a sense of precision and class, as well as the ability to age. Endlessly long on the finish, this is a fantastic Chardonnay that offers incredible value for money.
