In 2015 the ‘White Grange’ is rather broad and ripe.There’s a hint of struck matches, but the fruit is pretty ripe, and the oak shows through a little at this early stage. Indeed, it feels more Australian than some Yattarnas of recent years - not that that’s necessarily a bad thing! A mouth-coating texture and saline finish keeps this impressive Chardonnay clean and well balanced.
