Making the most of Yabby Lake’s single block philosophy, the 2012 is crafted from three select blocks within the vineyard. With only 10% French oak used, wild yeast fermentation and no malolactic, this is reminiscent of fine Burgundy without the price tag. Complex and mineral with delicate fruit, on the palate it is beautifully fresh with excellent balance.
