The 2016 Pinot Noir from Elio Ottin is a simply gorgeous red, from a producer who's fast becoming one of our favourites. This is cool and focussed, but with so much flavour and complexity. Notes of cherry and a hint of tea are supported by ifnely grained tannins, fresh flowers and salinity on the finish. It's simply delicious. A wine not to miss.
