One of Tuscany’s benchmark wines, Batàr takes its name from a bastardisation of Bâtard-Montrachet, the Burgundy Grand Cru so beloved of Querciabella’s owner. The 2015 is upfront and charming, but with razor-sharp precision on the finish. Delicious.
