The nose opens up with brooding blackcurrant fruit, a hint of cocoa and fresh capsicum in the background yet with a floral overtone; this is promisingly expressive for such a young wine and already showing some complexity. It is followed by absolutely fabulous volume and power on the mid palate, yet it remains beautifully elegant and delicate on the superb, long finish. Stunning stuff!
