It is rare to find such inexpensive Barolo that still delivers the classic, elegant profile of the Nebbiolo grape. This however is one such wine – attractive black cherry fruit with liquorice spice and lots of freshness on the palate. There is grip but the tannins are fine, with the wine being nicely balanced by its delicate weight.
