2006 Langhe Nebbiolo, DOC, Cantina del Pino
Renato Vacca has established Cantina del Pino as one of the finest producers of Barbaresco, and it is no surprise that his entry level Langhe Nebbiolo is so good. Bright clean red fruits to the fore in a compact, tightly packed style with freshness and depth. This is an elegant, intense example of a focused Langhe Nebbiolo, which will drink very well over the next three years.
