Garnacha and Cariñena (known locally as Samsó) blended from eight of the best slate sites around Gratallops and crucially, including fruit from the young vines within l’Ermita. Soft, appealing fruit, more forward than the Finca Dofí, with violets and spice. Great freshness on the palate and perfect grip in the mouth.
