Named after a ‘treasure’ Etienne Bouvet was said to have found in his underground tunnels. It’s a sparkling rosé made entirely from Cabernet Franc, and shows sharp citric acidity balanced by light red fruits, from grapes harvested early to preserve freshness, and fine phenolic character.
