This Blanc de Blancs has a taut, chalky nose that is tightly wound in its youth. The unfurling palate, with Pol's classic weight and balance, shows the wine has a lot to say. Restrained notes of seaspray and tart lemons give way to an incisive freshness and grippy minerality. This will only improve with time in the cellar.
