Domaine du Gros’ Noré came into its own in the late 1990s, after years of selling fruit to the likes of Domaine Ott. His speciality is a dry red made mostly of Mourvedre, so owner Alain Pascal applies this same prowess to his crisp, dry rosé. It’s perfect for red wine enthusiasts.
