This is Jean-François’ entry-level Sauvignon Blanc, but it’s immediately impressive. There’s a fresh grassiness and a streak of minerality, with some riper citrus and even stone fruit developing on the palate. A clean finish and bright acidity make this wonderfully quaffable.
