Pascal Jolivet’s family has long been involved in wine, as winemakers and merchants, but it wasn’t until as recently as the 1980s that Pascal took the step of buying his family’s first vineyard. It’s testament to Pascal’s drive and skill that, in a mere thirty years, his domaine has become recognised as one of Sancerre’s finest, and continues to improve.
