Expressive white peach, lemon, apple, gentle fennel and wet slate provide an enticing aroma of youthful energy. The palate is rich and concentrated, but with that unmistakable Huet acidity that creeps through and sits beautifully alongside the very clear flinty quality on the middle palate. There is excellent substance here, layers of citrus fruits and minerals vie for attention and lead to a long and intense finish.
