WAS £13.08 Fragrant, with crushed grass and currant aromas, this is a zesty and fresh Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, citrus fruit and nettle characters come through, alongside a distinctive flinty minerality, lending backbone and structure. Vibrant and crisp, this makes a great apéritif and is ideal with smoked salmon or seafood dishes.
