Tasting this blind, you’d be forgiven for thinking that it was double the price. Thanks to the pure citrus fruit and the saline, mineral quality of the palate, it’s achieved quite a lot of complexity for what it is. The palate has a zippy apple and citrus character, and is dry and refreshing.
