Known for his phenomenal Châteauneuf-du-Papes, Jean-Paul Daumen also crafts white wines that rival the best in the region. His Clavin is a cool, delicious example, only produced in tiny quantities. A hint of Chablis on the nose but with some gorgeous richness too.
