More mineral and closed than the Granits, there is a delicate lemon pith aroma supported by creamy, nutty oak. The palate on the other hand defies this restrained scent with its sheer, powerful concentration. Ample apricot and peach provide a rich mouth-feel alongside honey and kernel. The finish crackles with life and acidity. Unbelievably good.
