With 20% whole bunch fermentation used, the fruit on Stéphane’s Rosine has a lovely fragrance to it. There is a little spice from the oak, but with only second year barrels used the overarching impression of this delightful Syrah is purity, a silky texture and lovely fresh, fleshy red fruit.
