This is the best Ventoux Rouge we’ve tasted here: there’s such a sense of balance and energy, and also remarkable definition of wild hedgerow fruit and garrigue. Notes of thyme and lavender, and plum and blackberry swirl from the glass, with a long, saline, sappy finish. So delicious, a bargain.
