A Grenache and Syrah blend, that sees 100% whole bunch fermentation (but with selected stems), there is nice prettiness to the fruit but with decent density of some dark berry flavours. Initially a little plush on the palate but texture and lift comes though, to end with impressive extract and grip on the finish.
