Jean-Paul has produced wonderful wines in 2009; picking his fruit relatively early and using traditional techniques he has managed to retain freshness. Lots of Christmas spices and garrigue notes, with a firm and ripe tannic structure, make this a serious and age-worthy wine. These are some of the best value wines around.
