Always a wine that shows great elegance, the 2008 is truly representative of the Cazaux style. Fresh aromas of berry and garrigue on the nose lead to a palate of well-focused, silky fruit, with no harsh edges or drying tannins. Very textural with a gradually building sense of volume. The acidity here is most welcome adding a lifted, fragrant vein that runs throughout the wine.
