Robert Parker cites Domaine Thibert as one of the only producers in the Mâconnais to master varying the styles of his bottling. The Mâcon-Prissé sits at the richer end – proper white Burgundy with pear, cream hints of honey and toast, and a sumptuous fruit-filled palate.
