2014 Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey, Jean-Marc Brocard
This is a biodynamically farmed triumph. With no oak at all, it has real purity and vibrancy with iodine tinged lemony fruit and floral notes. With amazing energy and life, it is my favourite Premier Cru from Brocard this year. A magnum of 2008 post tasting was singing.
