Droin’s 2011 Chablis Mont de Milieu bristles on the palate with notable energy and pure class. Today, the Mont de Milieu comes across as uncharacteristically soft and floral. I am curious to see where it goes over the coming year. The Mont de Milieu was partly (22%) aged in oak.
