This cuvée is predominantly taken from the hillside vineyard Les Clous, with a touch of Les Crotots from the bottom of the hill added for intensity. It has a nice blend of energy and tension, with good depth and salinity. It’s very pure, with a lively floral element and complexity on the finish.
