2015 Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Philippe Colin
Quite a ripe village Chassagne, but one that retains excellent acidity and freshness. There’s grapefruit, blossom, and a honeydew melon character, all underpinned by a chalky texture and a pure finish.
