2015 St-Aubin 1er Cru Les Frionnes, Hubert Lamy
From the vineyard behind Olivier’s winery, this is always a very pretty wine. In 2015 it’s got purity of citrus fruit, with notes of small flowers and a touch of sea spray. The lack of any new oak here preserves that fresh, pure character.
