As its name suggests, this vineyard was formerly a truffle bed. It lies relatively high up on the slope and produces suave wines that are the epitome of Puligny. Hugely expressive on the nose, this is a multi-faceted wine of breeding. Notes of crushed rock, green apple and apricot blossom are all bound together by a hugely refined structure.
