The restrained, almost smoky, nose leads into a delicate, poised palate of cox apples and ripe citrus. There is a keen mineral edge here, which gives the wine a structural backbone, alongside zesty acidity. The overall impression is one of great balance, harmony and potential. A delight, as ever.
